2018 SAT results

This year all schools undertook the government's new, much harder, SAT tests at Key Stage 2 and key Stage 1.

Our Key Stage Two results were as follows: 33 children in the cohort. each child is therefore 3.03%.

Reading 73% at Age Related Expectation (75%) with 36% higher than age related expectation (%).
Writing 79% at Age related Expectation (78%) with 24% higher than age related expectation (%).
Grammar Punctuations & Spelling 82% (78%) with 45% higher than age related expectation (%).
Maths 76% at Age related Expectation (76%) with 18% higher than age related expectation (%).

Safeguarding - At Meadgate Primary School we place a strong emphasis on protecting the welfare and safety of our pupils and expect all staff, parents and visitors to share this commitment. All new members of staff are appointed after an enhanced DBS check, 2 satisfactory references have been sought and approved and suitable health checks have been carried out.
